Acupuncture and herbal medicine work cumulatively — consistent, regularly spaced treatment builds on itself and tends to produce deeper, longer-lasting results than occasional visits. Packages are designed for anyone actively working toward a health goal.
Single, as-needed visits are best suited for those who are already at a place of maintenance and simply want to check in periodically.

  • A full-body acupuncture treatment tailored to your needs (20-40 minutes)

  • 10 minutes of an adjunct modality of your choice, based on what will serve you best that day:

    • Cupping

    • Moxibustion

A remote video consultation offering personalized herbal and dietary guidance — a convenient option when an in-person visit isn't needed.

  • An in-depth intake to review your health history, current concerns, and goals

  • Personalized herbal/food therapy guidance based on Chinese Medicine principles, tailored to your constitution, concerns, and goals. Herbal formulations are not included in any of the above rates. Any recommended formulas are quoted and provided separately.

  • 15 minute check-in call (1 week after starting herbs) to check in on how the formula is working and make minor adjustments if needed. If your case requires a more involved reassessment or a new formula, a full follow-up consultation will need to be booked separately at the standard rate.

Group & Corporate Wellness Rates

I bring acupuncture and wellness treatments to private groups, community gatherings, and corporate wellness events. Below are my group and event rates — all travel within the MTA transit system is included.

Private Group — Community-Style

Up to 6 people | $150/person | 4-person minimum ($600)

A shared, community-style session — simpler point protocols with staggered treatment, allowing me to work efficiently across the group while everyone rests and receives care together. A great option for a private wellness gathering, friend group, or small community circle. Add-on modalities will be charged the standard rate per person. Speak with Ivana for details.


Private Group — Full Body Treatments

Up to 4 people | $180/person | 3-person minimum ($540)

Each person receives a full, individualized acupuncture treatment — the same depth of care as a private session, booked together for your group in one visit. This is based on the Acu Standard session ($200 value/person). Add-on modalities will be charged the standard rate per person. Speak with Ivana for details.

 
 

Community / Corporate / Wellness Gatherings

12+ people | $175/hour | 2-hour minimum ($350) | 4-hour maximum per event ($700)

Auricular (ear) acupuncture and ear seed application for larger groups — ideal for corporate wellness days, community events, and wellness gatherings. Billed hourly rather than per person, so it's easy to budget regardless of exact attendance. Non-profit and local community (including Fabrik) rates are negotiable.

Travel & Location

Travel within the MTA transit system is included in all rates above. For corporate events outside this area requiring flights or overnight accommodations, travel costs will be discussed and quoted separately based on the event location.

Payment Terms

Private Group & Community Events: Full payment is required at the time of booking, consistent with my standard booking policy.

Corporate Events: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due the day of the event. Please contact me directly to arrange invoicing.

Cancellation Policy

Group and corporate bookings require more advance coordination, supplies, and schedule commitment than an individual session, so a longer notice window applies:

  • 7 days' notice or more: you're welcome to reschedule at no penalty, though payment is non-refundable.

  • Less than 7 days' notice, or no-shows: payment is forfeited in full, with no refund or rescheduling.
